Will Corwin is a sculptor/journalist based in New York. He works with forms and symbols that occur again and again in various cultures throughout the world, such as wheels, ladders, and boats. He reproduces these forms in various media such as plaster, iron, and aluminum, and has explored different methods of casting, such as lost wax, dirt casting and sand casting. As a journalist he has focused on covering the New York and London Art scene, with a particular interest in postwar and contemporary women artists in New York.
