Mariann Bühler
Mariann Bühler (*1982) is an author and works as a literary mediator and event organiser in various contexts. She is working on a novel project that was awarded a work grant by the Fachausschuss Literatur beider Basel 2018 and the Zentralschweizer Literaturförderung 2020. She is currently researching the botanical order of overgrowth, unlikely rock neighbourhoods, the sounds of bread cooling or the maximum slowness of change. Publications in literary journals, including Das Narr and Glitter.
Mariann Bühler initiated and directed the Sofalesungen project and has worked for the Literaturhaus Zentralschweiz and the Literaturhaus Basel, among others. She is co-editor of the volume "Reihenweise. Veranstalten in der Freien Literaturszene" (edition mosaik, 2022).
